How do I export contacts from Mac address book to my Samsung Reclaim?

I have a Sprint Samsung Reclaim cell phone and would like to export my contacts from my address book on my computer (I have a Mac). I already paired the device via bluetooth but can't figure out what to do next. Help?How do I export contacts from Mac address book to my Samsung Reclaim?I think Salling Media Sync would work
