For Domestic flights what all formalities we have to do, i have experience of Inter National Flight only ?

I mean



1) We need Identity card or any Passport

2) How much KG we can take luggage per person.

3) How much time it take to check-in and checkout ...For Domestic flights what all formalities we have to do, i have experience of Inter National Flight only ?Reach atleast one hour prior departure time of your flight.

Please do not forget to carry your air-ticket, a photographic identity proof which can be but not limited to passport, PAN Card, electoral voting ID, credit card having your photo, etc.

Show your airline-ticket and photographic card at the gate guards.

Proceed to baggage screening or x-ray scanning of your checked-in luggage only.

Check-In Luggage is 20 kg for economy class passenger and 25 to 30 kg for premium or first class passengers.

check-in luggage is luggage which would be carried in the luggage compartment of the flight and airline is responsible for its handling.

for example if you have a suitcase and small bag, suitcase will be your check-in luggage and small bag would be your hand-luggage



after screening of your check-in luggage, proceed to check-in counter of indigo flight service

show your flight ticket and photo identity proof. keep the check-in luggage at the weight counter next to check-in counter to check the weight of the luggage. you are allowed to carry a luggage of 20 kgs for economy fare.

A Boarding pass would be issued to you, with assigned seat number, and boarding gate number, and time at which boarding will start.

please take a hand-luggage tag from the counter, write your name on it and put it on your hand-luggage.

proceed to security check.



Security check is for your personnel belongings, hand luggage and yourself. You would be frisked by security personnel.



Wait for announcement for your flight, proceed to gate as mentioned in the announcements.

Show your boarding pass. proceed to aero-bridge or bus that will lead to your flight.



Air-hostess would lead you to your seat. keep your hand-luggage in the over-head spaces or under the seats in front of you.
