Who was the Cerro Tololo Inter-American Observatoryname after?

who was named after?Who was the Cerro Tololo Inter-American Observatoryname after?Cerro is Spanish for "hill". Tololo is what native Americans called Kitt Peak before the white eyes took it. That area was occupied by Papago and Pima tribes, who spoke a form of Uto-Aztecan language. The Tohono O'odham Tribe is currently trying to assemble a dictionary of their language. The word "tololo" does not appear to be in their database, as yet.
