The setup will have options to setup partitions and format your hard disk. Just follow those instructions and create the linux partition you want and your Windows partition. Then install Linux into your newly created partition. After that you can just put a Windows disc and install windows into the other partition. After that just use any program like EasyBCD to edit the Windows boot menu to add the Linux install also into the list. Hope it helps.
