I have the comeback phone from t-mobile (samsung) and I want to send a video to my email to put on facebook but it says its to long to send but theres gotta be someway to do it? What you need to do is just use USB cord to connect your phone and computer correctly, then copy and paste your video to the computer, then you can upload the video from the computer to your facebook page.
If you don't have USB cord, but you have a memory card in your phone, that's all right, you can store your video in memory card, then plug memory card into your computer, then get the video from the memory card using computer.
