More than you would think, I've never seen actual numbers, and it depends on what you count. There's all kinds like Klinefelters syndrome and they say that 1 in 500 male births are actually xxy, which could be considered intersexed even if they appear and function fully male. Some are xxy and don't get Klinefelters for some reason and there are all kinds of other variations like that.
