I bought a motor cycle in Mumbai and I want to transfer this to Tamil Nadu. The vehicle was registered with another's name. Do I need to do name transfer first before transporting to Tamil Nadu..? Or I can transfer the vehicle first then I can do the name transfer...? first of all u have to get a noc from the registration office where this vehicle is registered. then u can apply for change of wownership and a new registration in tamil nadu.
