religion is a question of belief and not a proceeding thus you can always follow a religion after your marriage though it is seen quite often that the bride converts to the grooms religion but there is no law to force her to do so.
forget marriage even if you are a hindu muslim cristian u can always convert to any other religion and vise a versa
