What English football team represents the history of English football for me?

I love Manchester United history and style,especially that when they lose a great

player,they replace him with a young player,almost like Bar莽a..Chelsea became a

competitive team only in the last years(Drogba a phenomenon for me,one of the best forwards

of all time),Liverpool has a great history but their last victory is lots of years ago..

Liverpool historicaly have been the best though (pre 1990's)



Nottingham Forest under Clough was amazing too when you see their decline since.

The team with the best histories are Liverpool and Manchester United. United have more domestic titles, but Liverpool have more European titles. Even though Arsenal don't have as much hardware as United and Liverpool, they have been very consistent throughout history. They have 13 league titles and 12 cups distributed over a 80 year period. Everton also has a very attractive history aswell. As for Chelsea nd City I would say that they don't have much history.

Manchester United without a doubt.Probably since 1958 the Munich air crash .Before then there were lots of teams including Notts County the oldest club, Manchester united were known by another name,many years ago(long before 1958).
My club is Chelsea no doubt. Blue is my favourite colour. Mourinho made me love the club Chelsea!
