I would say that is a result of sin...sin causes a lot of bad stuff...
As a believer, i would explain this by saying maybe it is a generational curse, maybe it is a punishment for the parents who worshipped false gods etc etc, maybe they were born that way for some reason not known to man, idk.. all i can say for sure is that GOD is in control and being born with both sexual organs or not, i trust HIM to do his job as he wants according to his WORD and his WILL, it shall be done depsite my lack of understanding!
