where P is pressure, V is volume, and T is temperature, n is moles of gas, and R is a constant. This equation is called the ideal gas law.
What it means is that if everything else is kept constant
P and T are directly proportional (increase one and the other increases too or similarly, decrease one and the other decreases too)
V is indirectly proportional to both P and T (if you increase V then you decrease P or T, decrease V then you increase P or T)
I don't have a source in mind but any chemistry text book would have this information.
Hope it helps. How do temperature, pressure, and volume of gas inter-relate?P(atmospheres)*V(liters)/T(Kelvin)=n(nr of moles)*R(gas constant)

ask harder questions, maybe i'll see them
