Can You Play Black Ops inter-consoles multiplayer?

I want to pre-order the game for pc. But my friend is gonna buy one for ps3. Can I play the game online with him?Can You Play Black Ops inter-consoles multiplayer?no you cannot, games can only play multiplayer on their respective systems.
