First he takes you to a restaurant called Grimaldis,its a place where celebs have been,and is named for the best,then after he walks with you but takes you back to where you were previously and together you talk and conversate casual talk,but in your mind you have something planned for later,and then at 11,you take them back out,but then again you go hold up you aint think the night was over did you?thats when you take her back out,this time her eyes have to be covered,or she looks down until you reach the destination which is a view of new york city,and by time you get there its a couple of minutes before 12,then the fireworks hit,as the eyes uncover revealing the city in all its glory,if anything,what else could i do to make this night better?If a guy did this for you on new years eve what would your reaction be?

I'd be concerned about your timing here. Do a dry run and account for the massive amount of people who will be out and about during the new year celebrations.
Its a marvelous idea, but don't ruin it because you couldn't get there in time.
