Can i get my 10th and inter certificates attested by HRD and MEA INDIA?

I am from Andhra, India.,

i have done my b-tech from s.v. university and waiting for offer from UAE, they asked me to get my certificates attested.

should i apply for HRD an MEA for my 10, +2 and B-tech [ marks sheet and convocation ]

or just B-tech convocation [ Guideline says marks sheet will not be attested ]

Im confused help me ?Can i get my 10th and inter certificates attested by HRD and MEA INDIA?u can get it attested from any govt gazetted officer like dist. collector, magistrate, tehsildar. and attestation is not done for original certificates , its only done for the copies.
